Job summary

Yash Industries in Maharashtra, Satara, is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to drive maintenance management for automotive CNC/VMC/HMC equipment. The role requires overseeing a team of technicians and engineers, developing maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize downtime.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure safety and quality compliance (IATF 16949, OSHA), manage budgets and spare parts, and lead continuous improvement projects to cut costs.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in maintenance management in the automotive industry.
• Diploma/BE in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
