Job summary

Varroc is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for our plant in Maharashtra. The role focuses on preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, with emphasis on TPM, RCA, energy efficiency, and tool-condition monitoring.

You will manage spare parts, procurement, and project execution for installations and improvements. The candidate should have 12+ years in plant maintenance in automotive/manufacturing sectors, with strong TPM, SAP PM, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics and pneumatics

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant.
• Lead RCA, Why-Why analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Improve equipment reliability, OEE, MTBF, and reduce MTTR and breakdown losses.
• Manage TPM initiatives, machine health monitoring, and condition-based maintenance.
• Handle spare parts planning, inventory optimization, and procurement coordination.
• Lead machine installation, commissioning, relocation, and improvement projects.
• Drive maintenance cost reduction and energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO systems and safety requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, SAP PM data, audit documentation, and reports.
• Lead and develop maintenance engineers, technicians, and contract manpower.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in plant maintenance within Automotive/Auto Components/Manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, PLC troubleshooting, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Utilities, SAP PM, and Reliability Engineering.
• Experience in team handling, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
