Job summary

Leadec India is seeking a Manager - Operations to lead and optimize facility maintenance across electrical and utility systems. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and strong coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime and safety.

Key responsibilities include HT/LT maintenance, transformer/DG upkeep, HVAC and water systems, and energy management. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement and compliance while managing contractors effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in handling Utility O&M independently.
• HT/LT electrical maintenance knowledge and transformer/DG maintenance.
• HVAC, water distribution, fire fighting systems and ETP/STP operations familiarity.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling Utility O&M independently.
• HT/LT Electrical Maintenance and Transformer & DG maintenance.
• Oversee Air Compressor Systems, Cooling Towers, Pump Systems.
• Manage Water Distribution, Fire Fighting and ETP/STP Ops/ maintenance.
• HVAC Maintenance – Chiller, ACs, AHU, Blower and Utility Distribution networks.
• Oversee PLC, DCS, SCADA and energy management practices.
• Contractor management and adherence to statutory compliance.
• Ready to do hand work when required.
