Job description

  • To ensure complete operations management including overall performance and SLA management.
  • Must possess deep knowledge of the activities, workflow, expectations of all end clients.
  • To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, monthly, and periodic processing of client requirements.
Client Management
  • To interact with a client on a day‑to‑day basis responding to their requirements at short notice by re‑aligning priorities
  • Must understand and anticipate client’s business needs, concerns, and issues, and proactively resolve them.
  • Constantly look for opportunities to improve the client processing and provide value‑add by exceeding expectations.
People Management
  • Must be able to manage a team of 20–25 members.
  • Identify development areas and help individuals and the team improve performance and enhance their potential.
  • Assign daily tasks and responsibilities, and set compulsory half‑yearly and annual goals for the team.
  • Create an internal environment where clients are the focus of the business through appropriate communication, recognition, and rewards.
  • Encourage and demonstrate respect for others in a team and inculcate the same culture across the team members.
Compliance and Policies
  • Keep oneself abreast of all updates applicable to policies, regulations, and compliance mandates.
  • Create systems and checks for internal compliance policies and guidelines, ensuring maintenance of clear and precise records per requirements.
  • Review compliance adherence on a regular basis.
Competencies and skillsets required
  • Working knowledge of order to cash, credit management, cash allocation, debt management, and collections, bank reconciliations, etc.
  • London market experience is mandatory.
  • Responsible for broker relationship management and dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers, and answering any query related to payments, commission, or debt.
  • Show flair for transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Hands‑on experience of insurance accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of complete MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize and multi‑task.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
Eligibility Criteria
  • B. Com pass or B. Com Hons / M. Com graduate / any finance graduate.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in credit control/accounts receivable for London market.

Minimum 5+ years of Team management experience for Manager
