Job summary

AXA Global Business Services in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India seeks a skilled Analyst for Credit Control and Premium Accounting. The role focuses on premium collections, reconciliations, and interdepartmental coordination within AXA XL’s broker accounts to ensure timely, compliant processing.

Key responsibilities include daily communications with internal/external teams, period reviews of aged premiums, and drive for automation and standardization across processes.

Qualifications

• Exposure to credit control with hands on experience of Credit Control and Premium accounting tasks.
• Extensive experience of Premium Collection processes and in-depth understanding of Global Insurance practices.
• Exposure to working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Well versed with GENIUS systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
• Good communication interpersonal skills.
• Graduate/ Post-graduate in commerce is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations between AXA XL and a designated broker including monthly reconciliations, query management and escalation of material, overdue premiums.
• Account reconciliations and resolution of issues in coordination with internal parties.
• Internal accounts analysis reconciliations with maintenance of their records.
• Daily email communication with internal and external parties which includes reminders and follow-up with various departments.
• Perform periodic reviews of aged premium falling below full-service value thresholds.
• Work with high volumes and maintain the turnaround time.
• Drive process automation and standardization of various process tasks.
• Ensure competence across all accounting platforms (theFRAME and GENIUS) and utilized by the collection Premium Collections.
• Provide clear, concise commentary evidencing actions performed for monthly reporting packs and at scheduled debt reviews to be performed by line manager.
• Ad hoc reports or projects.

This is an analyst role which requires extensive experience of Premium Collection processes and in-depth understanding of the Global Insurance practices and London market slip presentations.

What youll be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include

• Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations between AXA XL and a designated broker including monthly reconciliations, query management and escalation of material, overdue premiums.
• Account reconciliations and resolution of issues in coordination with internal parties.
• Internal accounts analysis reconciliations with maintenance of their records.
• Daily email communication with internal and external parties which includes reminders and follow-up with various departments.
• Perform periodic reviews of aged premium falling below full-service value thresholds.
• Work with high volumes and maintain the turnaround time.
• Drive process automation and standardization of various process tasks.
• Ensure competence across all accounting platforms (theFRAME and GENIUS) and utilized by the collection Premium Collections. Ensure full compliance with FIC controls.
• Provide clear, concise commentary evidencing actions performed for monthly reporting packs and at scheduled debt reviews to be performed by line manager.
• Ad hoc reports or projects.

You will report to Deputy Manager.
