Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Lender’s Independent Engineer (LIE), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), and Project Investment Risk Monitoring engagements for real estate projects. You will evaluate feasibility, progress, and financial performance to support lending decisions.

The role requires 5+ years of analytical experience, knowledge of project finance, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proven experience in TDD, LIE, project monitoring or real estate advisory.
• Sound understanding of project finance, cost estimation, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and investment risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulatory compliance, and EHS standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using project and financial reporting tools.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
