Management Trainee (Materials)

Entry Level (0-2 years)

NFL offers a structured training program. Selected candidates undergo a minimum one‑year training at various units/offices. Upon successful completion and meeting minimum standards, candidates may be considered for regularization as officers. Selected candidates are required to execute a service agreement bond of ₹4,50,000 and serve the company for at least three years upon successful completion of training.

Requirements

• Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 27 years
• Bachelor degree in Engineering (B.Tech./ B.E./ B.Sc. Engg.) in Mechanical, Material Science, Material Science & Technology, or Material Science & Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved institutions. Or minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in a 2‑year full‑time regular MBA/PG degree/PGDM/PGDBM from universities/institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Materials Management, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain Management.

Remuneration will include basic pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance or company accommodation, plus other benefits such as leave, medical facilities, performance‑related pay, contributory provident fund, gratuity, contributory superannuation benefit fund, group personal accident insurance, etc., as per company rules in force at the time of training and after regularization.
