NFL offers one of the most competitive pay packages in the fertilizer industry. The selected candidates will undergo a minimum one‑year training at our various units/offices. On successful completion of the training period and clearing of minimum standards, candidates will be considered for regularization as officers.

Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of ₹4,50,000 (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand) to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of the training.

Requirements

• Age: Minimum – 18 years, Maximum – 27 years
• Full‑time regular engineering degree (B. Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. Engg.) in Computer Science Engineering / Information Technology or full‑time regular MCA from a recognized institute with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).

Besides basic pay, candidates will also receive industrial dearness allowance, house rent allowance, company accommodation and other perquisites & allowances such as leave, medical facilities, performance‑related pay, contributory provident fund, gratuity, contributory superannuation benefit fund scheme, group personal accident insurance, as per company rules in force from time to time during training or after regularization.
