NFL offers one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizer industry. The selected candidates shall undergo a minimum one-year training at our various Units/Offices. On successful completion of the training period and clearance of minimum standards, such candidates will be considered for regularization as Officers. Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of ₹4,50,000 (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand) to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of the training.

Requirements

• Minimum – 18 years, Maximum – 27 years
• Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Chemical Process Technology with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved institutions. OR AMIE in Chemical Engineering from a Government recognized institute.

Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances / benefits such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Performance Related Pay, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time during training / after regularization.
