This two-year program is designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in month-end close, SAP-based postings, GL analysis, MIS data, and ERP reporting while developing core finance and commercial skills.

Successful candidates will have a commerce degree and MBA/Finance or MCom, strong communication, proactive attitude, and readiness to learn in a fast-paced environment with exposure

Responsibilities

• Month closing journal entry booking in SAP.
• Routine GL clearing - Accounts Payable and Receivable.

• Take GL dumps from SAP and analyse variances.
• Perform ERP report downloads for SOX/audit purposes.
• Handle other administrative tasks.
• Participate in Finance training sessions and workshops.
• Continuously update product knowledge to address finance needs.
• Learn to utilize Finance tools and technologies.

THE ROLE : Management Trainee - Finance

Management Trainee Overview Aptar Pharma is a leading player in the Pharma, Beauty & closure packaging industry, committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Management Trainees based in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities

• Month closing journal entry booking in SAP
• Routine GL clearing - Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Assist in MIS data
• Assist in GL analysis - Taking GL dump from SAP and analysing the variances
• Perform various ERP (SAP) report downloads for SOX purposes and audit purposes.
• Handle other administrative tasks.
• Participate in Finance training sessions and workshops.
• Continuously update product knowledge to effectively address finance needs.
• Learn to utilize Finance tools and technologies.
• Key interfaces: Internal Finance Accounts teams External Customers as appropriate External consultants
