Job summary

Wonder Cement in Rajasthan invites applications for a Finance role to support monthly MIS, budgets, variance analysis, and end-to-end accounts processes. You will assist with vendor payments, ledger reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial data for management.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in Finance or CA/ICWA (recent graduate), strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Finance or CA/ICWA (recent graduate).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Accounts management: Support accounts payable/receivable, ledger reconciliation, and vendor payments.
• Compliance support: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
• Audit coordination: Work with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits.
• Cost analysis: Participate in cost control initiatives, raw material pricing, and logistics expense monitoring.
• Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with HR, logistics, and production teams for integrated financial planning.
