Job summary

Rute seeks a Management Trainee to shape consumer-facing content strategy and build a knowledge library for furniture and design. You will craft engaging copy to attract homeowners and guide them through design choices, aligning product attributes with user needs.

Work with the design indexing team and marketing to test visuals, optimize content, and keep information current with seasonal trends across India and Europe. This role is Mumbai-based and full-time.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Marketing Communications, or Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy, or Communications Management.
• Strong written communication, storytelling ability, and aesthetic home design sense.
• Familiarity with generative AI and visual curation tools for design testing.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools to evaluate campaigns and traffic.

Responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive knowledge library on furniture styles, materials, care guides, and design trends.
• Develop homeowner-focused site copy, room guides, and editorial details to attract users.
• Translate product attributes into user-friendly copy and guides.
• Collaborate with design indexing and digital marketing teams to align data with user search behavior.
• Keep content updated with seasonal trends and new categories.

Role Overview

This Management Trainee position focuses on developing Rute's consumer-facing content strategy, building a design knowledge library, and creating engaging material to attract homeowners to the platform.

Location:Mumbai. Employment Type:Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge Library Creation:Research, draft, and assemble a comprehensive library of knowledge covering furniture styles, materials, care guides, and design trends for end customers.
• Homeowner Attraction & Engagement:Develop inspiring site copy, room guides, and consumer-focused editorial details specifically designed to bring homeowners to the platform and keep them engaged.
• Content & Taxonomy Alignment:Translate complex product attributes (such as specific visual finishes, dimensions, and structural details) into user-friendly copy and guides for everyday consumers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with the internal design indexing team and digital marketing specialists to align database information with consumer search behavior.
• Resource Optimization:Keep content up to date with seasonal design trends, new product categories, and emerging home decor practices.
