Job summary

Collegedunia is a leading education platform in India, seeking a Management Trainee - Website & Digital Support to keep our site running, updated, and user-friendly. You’ll build pages in WordPress, fix layout glitches, and handle basic content changes while learning digital skills across content, campaigns, and operations.

You should have 6–12 months of relevant internship experience, solid WordPress and HTML know-how, a basic grasp of Google Ads, and strong communication.

Role Overview

As a Management Trainee - Website & Digital Support, you'll be the person keeping our websites running, updated, and genuinely good to use. From building new pages to fixing the small things that break, you'll own the day-to-day of our web presence while picking up the digital skills that come with it - content, campaigns, and everything in between.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Website Development: Support end-to-end website creation and basic website development using WordPress and HTML.
• Website Management: Manage day-to-day website activities, including updates, maintenance, content changes, and basic troubleshooting.
• Content Management: Post, update, and manage blogs, articles, and other digital content on the website.
• Website Design & Maintenance: Assist with website design, layout updates, functionality checks, and maintaining a smooth user experience.
• Google Advertising Support: Assist with basic Google Ads/Google advertising activities and understand campaign-related website requirements.
• Digital Operations: Support day-to-day digital platform and website operations while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Learning & Improvement: Stay updated with digital tools and technologies and identify opportunities to improve website performance and operations.

What You Bring

6 months to a year of relevant experience - an internship in digital marketing or website management is a strong plus.

• Solid, hands-on knowledge of WordPress and HTML, with real experience building websites.
• A working understanding of website design, maintenance, and how digital platforms fit together.
• The confidence to manage content, blogs, and daily website tasks independently.
