Hector And Streak Consulting is seeking a Management Trainee (CA Fresher) / Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts for a well-known manufacturing company in Worli, Mumbai. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting tasks under Ind AS, with exposure to FP&A, M&A and banking coordination.

The candidate should be a CA/CA Fresher or have 2–4 years in finalisation, modelling and analysis. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; SAP S/4HANA exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA/CA Fresher or 2–4 years in accounts finalisation/FP&A/M&A.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Desirable exposure to SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, balance sheet and P&L as per Ind AS.
• Financial modelling, analysis, and finalisation of accounts including M&A activity.
• Support finance team in short-term and long-term financing.
• Coordinate with banks, rating agencies and external institutions.
