Job summary

Accord Management in Vadodara invites fresh graduates to join as a Business Associate and participate in a holistic training program across Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations for 6–8 months. The program is designed for fast learners with strong communication and enthusiasm.

Eligible candidates include MBA/BBA/PGDM freshers or any commerce/engineering graduate. Immediate starter preferred to begin rotating through core functions and gain hands-on experience.
