Job summary

FMS Group India is seeking ambitious candidates for a Management Trainee program. The on-the-job training lasts 6–10 months across three levels, culminating in leadership roles managing teams of 10–12 people.

Levels include Sales/Marketing, Corporate Training, and Team Leadership. Freshers with graduation or post-graduation completed, located in Delhi, are encouraged to apply for immediate joining.

Job Description:

Since we firmly believe in organic growth, the candidates are recruited as Management Trainees, and they get to groom their personality and managerial skills during their on the job training for 6-10 months in 3 levels. By the end of this training, they are at the team leader's position, managing and leading a team of 10-12 people.
