Job summary

FMS Group India is seeking a Corporate Trainee to learn marketing fundamentals, face-to-face advertising, and client engagement while developing sales skills in Delhi. The role offers a path from Trainee to HR Trainer, Crew Leader, Assistant Manager and beyond as part of a structured leadership program.

You will participate in on-field marketing campaigns (B2B, B2C, B2G, events) and gain exposure to recruitment, training and operations while building a capable team for future growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate in any stream.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, hardworking and performance oriented.
• Willing to travel abroad for further training.
• Can join on an Immediate basis.
• Current location must be Delhi.
• Experience - 0 to 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Learn the essential of Marketing, Face to Face Advertising, Customer Engagement and sales efficiency.
• Execute marketing & Sales strategies for smooth functioning of Marketing Pipeline.
• Represent our clients and deliver their services directly to the end customers.
• Conduct on field marketing campaigns like B2B, B2C, B2G, events and road trips to facilitate an effective sales method.
• Learn basics of HR development like recruitment and training & development and start building our own team.
• Become skilled at managing, coaching, monitoring and motivating a team to maximize business performance.
• Understand basics of business administration, HR, finances and operations required to run a business.
• Strategize, plan and manage people, resources and clients to run your own strategic business unit.
• Undergoing an On-The-Job Global Leadership Training Module through 5 levels.
