Job summary

CADFEM APAC is seeking a motivated Management Trainee – Marketing in India. You will support the marketing team with research, lead management, CRM updates, and various marketing activities to build skills and contribute to campaigns.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or students in marketing, with good communication, Excel/PowerPoint basics, and a willingness to learn. Training and team collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduation in BBA or B.Com is required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint expected.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and attention to detail valued.
• CRM, digital marketing or lead generation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
