Job summary

Cadfem is seeking a motivated Management Trainee – Marketing to assist the marketing team with research, lead management, CRM updates, and various marketing activities. Freshers are welcome and candidates with a marketing background are preferred.

The role involves learning CRM tools, supporting lead generation, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to improve processes. A 2-year commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation required (B.B.A or B.Com).
• Freshers welcome; marketing students preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; basic MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
• Prepare and update customer and prospect databases.
• Collect company and contact information through online research.
• Update and maintain lead details in the CRM.
• Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Support the team in managing enquiries and leads from events and campaigns.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain marketing data.
• Research competitors and market trends.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams in daily activities.
• Learn and use CRM and other marketing tools.
• Participate in training and team activities.
• Suggest ideas to improve marketing processes.
