Sify in Bengaluru and Chennai is hiring a Management Trainee for Managed Network & Digital Connectivity Services. You'll support the Product and Network teams, gaining exposure to enterprise networking, managed services, and product management.

The role emphasizes learning across technical and business functions, with responsibilities spanning solution design, customer requirements, pricing analysis, and performance tracking in a dynamic telecom environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in networking, telecom, ISP, NOC, managed services or related areas
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS and VPN concepts
• Basic understanding of enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, LAN/Wi-Fi and network security
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn and work across technical and business functions

Management Trainee Managed Network & Digital Connectivity Services

Role Purpose

Support the Product and Network teams in managing and developing Managed Network & Digital Connectivity Services. The role provides exposure to enterprise networking, managed services, customer solutions and product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product and service teams in managing WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet, cloud connectivity and network security solutions.
• Assist in customer requirements gathering, solution design, proposals and presentations.
• Support product documentation, roadmap activities, market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with sales, presales, engineering, operations and technology partners.
• Track service performance, customer requirements and improvement initiatives.
• Assist with pricing, business cases and commercial analysis.
• Develop knowledge of enterprise networking, managed services and emerging technologies such as SASE, cloud networking, automation and observability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related field mandatory and MBA recognized institution preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in networking, telecom, ISP, NOC, managed services or related areas.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS and VPN concepts.
• Basic understanding of enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, LAN/Wi-Fi and network security.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work across technical and business functions.

Preferred

• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification.
• Exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, automation or network management tools.
• Internship or academic project experience in networking/telecom.
