Job summary

4C Consulting in Ahmedabad seeks a fresh and early-career professional for ISO Management Systems consulting. You will support gap analysis, data collection, and documentation for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and related standards.

Role involves on-site work, client interviews, and travel across India. Engineering graduates with up to 2 years of experience and a willingness to relocate are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required or equivalent.
• Freshers welcome to apply and 0–2 years experience in Quality, Production, Operations, EHS, or Documentation preferred but not mandatory.
• Internship or academic project exposure to manufacturing/process environments is a plus (training provided).
• Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or other standards is a plus (training after joining).

Responsibilities

• Support gap analysis and system assessments across client sites for ISO standards (Quality, Environmental, OHS, Information Security, IATF).
• Assist in on-site data collection, process observation, and structured interviews with client process owners.
• Draft and maintain ISO documentation (Manuals, SOPs, Policies, Records, Formats) from firm templates.
• Support Internal Audits and assist with certification, surveillance, and re-certification audit preparation.
• Track and follow up on implementation and corrective action status during monitoring visits.
• Assist in data analysis, MIS preparation, and basic performance reporting.
• Support preparation of client presentations and management review materials.
• Travel PAN India as per project requirements.

• Support gap analysis and system assessments across client sites for Management Systems including:
  • ISO 9001 - Quality Management System

• Maintain accurate documentation trails and evidence logs for ongoing client engagements

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: E./B.TECH. (Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience:
  • Freshers welcome to apply
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Quality, Production, Operations, EHS, or Documentation preferred but not mandatory
• Prior internship or academic project exposure to manufacturing/process environments is an added advantage
• Certifications: (Optional) Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or other relevant standards is a plus (training support provided post-joining)

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and structured, methodical approach to observation and data collection
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn management system standards and audit conventions from the ground up
• Basic analytical and problem-solving ability

Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to Ahmedabad
