Program Overview

The Management Internship Program – 2026 is designed to create a strong pipeline of future professionals across Learning & Development (L&D) and Analytics. Interns will work on real business initiatives, gain hands‑on exposure to corporate processes, and be evaluated through structured performance reviews and a final assessment. High‑performing interns will be considered for full‑time roles based on business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supporting day‑to‑day operations and execution within the assigned function
• Assisting in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and MIS preparation
• Coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders and internal teams
• Supporting process documentation, improvement initiatives, and governance activities
• Assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of functional programs or initiatives
• Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and documentation
• Participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and learning assignments

Functional Exposure Includes

• L&D: Training coordination, learning program execution, content support, metrics tracking
