Job summary

Transight Systems in India is seeking a motivated graduate to start a career in business development. You will conduct market research to identify potential industries, companies, and decision makers for targeted outreach.

Training will cover our products, sales methodologies, and CRM tools. You will support the team with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting, and help prepare sales materials and presentations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates (BBA/Marketing/Economics/MBA) starting a career in business development.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot).

Responsibilities

• Research markets to identify industries, companies and decision makers.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
• Attend training on products, sales methods and CRM tools.
• Support admin tasks, data entry and reporting.
• Assist in preparing basic sales materials and presentations.
