Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
• Collect, process, and validate data from various departments and systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by the management.
• Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Automate reporting processes using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather data requirements and ensure reporting alignment.
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
• Support audits and compliance reporting as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in MIS reporting or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
