Job summary

PKC Management Consulting is seeking a qualified consultant to join our client engagement and process transformation practice in India. You will work from client locations to understand business operations, gather requirements, and drive implementations across ERP, automation, and digital tools.

The role involves stakeholder workshops, SOP development, and delivering sustainable improvements. Candidates with B.E./B.Tech, MBA, BBA or B.Com and 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of AI tools used to improve productivity and documentation.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho or similar.
• Ability to map processes and document business workflows clearly.
• Experience with software/ERP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

Client Engagement & Consulting

• Work from client locations to understand business operations, workflows and operational challenges.
• Interact with Business Owners, CXOs, Department Heads and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and build stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions while coordinating project activities and implementation milestones.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Represent PKC professionally while managing multiple consulting engagements.

Process Consulting & Implementation

• Study and document existing (As-Is) processes across business functions.
• Analyse workflows to identify process gaps, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Design optimised (To-Be) processes and support BPR, process standardization and operational transformation initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, workflows and consulting documentation.
• Drive implementation of approved recommendations, monitor progress and support change management to ensure sustainable improvements.

Technology & Digital Transformation

• Support ERP implementation by aligning business processes with system requirements.
• Participate in business requirement gathering and software implementation initiatives.
• Support process automation using Google Apps Script and digital tools.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, documentation and consulting deliverables.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies and consulting methodologies
