The role involves handling incentive management processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely client support through close collaboration with stakeholders in industries like pharma and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end system operations for clients.
• Perform data uploads, mapping, extraction, and validation to ensure accuracy.
• Configure and maintain the system as per client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Address queries via online meetings, office visits, and emails.
• Ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by sharing best practices and driving maximum product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and deliver seamless service.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to advanced) and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
• Strong data understanding, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
