Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an experienced Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI solutions in financial services. You will translate business needs into Copilot‑driven designs and guide cross‑functional delivery teams across enterprise projects.

You will mentor staff, manage client accounts, ensure responsible AI practices, and collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver production‑ready solutions using APIs and low‑code extensions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Cowork.
• Manage delivery teams and optimize managed services processes, tools, and services for continuous improvement.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and requirements, translating them into structured use cases and solution designs.
• Configure agents, prompts, knowledge sources, actions, workflows, and integrations using APIs and connectors.
• Extend solutions with targeted custom code and systematically testing and troubleshooting end-to-end functionality.
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to develop prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Support deployment, documentation, user adoption, and continuous improvement while adhering to security and responsible AI standards.
• Utilize financial services domain knowledge to enhance solution development and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote business process automation and operational excellence through strategic planning and execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and relationship building to drive project delivery and service excellence.

As a Managed Services - AI Solution Developer - Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of AI solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to drive continuous improvement. What You Must Have
