Job summary

PwC India Acceleration Center is seeking a Senior Associate - AI Solution Developer to design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, integrate systems via APIs and connectors, and support deployment with a focus on security and responsible AI. As a Managed Services - AI Solution Developer, you will engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. This role involves translating business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. You will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Possessing Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI
• Demonstrating familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Utilizing Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell for solution development
• Embracing responsible AI practices, including security and privacy measures
• Navigating Agile delivery frameworks, including Jira and Confluence
• Understanding Model Context Protocol and enterprise integration patterns
• Developing solutions in financial services or other regulated industries
