Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate - AI Solution Developer. You will design and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, configure agents, and integrate systems via APIs.

You will mentor teams, translate business needs into use cases, and ensure compliant, secure delivery. You will collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to optimize managed services, improve processes, and drive value for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As a Managed Services - AI Solution Developer, you will engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. This role involves translating business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. You will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• Possessing Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI
• Demonstrating familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Utilizing Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell for solution development
• Embracing responsible AI practices, including security and privacy measures
• Navigating Agile delivery frameworks, including Jira and Confluence
• Understanding Model Context Protocol and enterprise integration patterns
