Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring an experienced AI Productivity & Adoption Lead - Manager to drive digital transformation for diverse client portfolios. You will mentor teams, shape software delivery, and ensure high-impact outcomes across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.

You will design, code, and test applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript, while promoting ATDD, CI/CD, and API-driven architectures to deliver scalable solutions and strong user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any engineering/related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in AI productivity, software development, or digital transformation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

As an AI Productivity & Adoption Lead - Manager

You will spearhead the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance for our clients. You will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
