Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor (MST):

1. Support the smooth operation of the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest standards.
2. Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and prompt responses to guest inquiries.
3. Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion.
4. Achieve departmental plans and objectives, including hotel initiatives and targets.
5. Collaborate with immediate supervisors to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance goals.
6. Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
7. Ensure adherence to all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up as needed.

Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor (MST):

1. Experience in property maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
