Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Building & Engineering Supervisor to lead the property maintenance function across our hotels. You will oversee the maintenance team, ensure high standards of upkeep, and drive proactive guest-focused service.

You will manage the departmental budget, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement preventative maintenance programs to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

• Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Delivers on plans and objectives where property maintenance initiatives and hotel targets are achieved - Manages the maintenance team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Delivers an effective planned preventative maintenance programme addressing maintenance, environmental and conservation matters.
• Proven experience in property maintenance with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
