We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to support our maintenance department, ensuring high standards of property upkeep and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest levels.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort by delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Deliver on plans and objectives where property maintenance initiatives and hotel targets are achieved, managing the maintenance team and fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring costs and inventory are controlled and productivity and performance levels are attained.
