Job summary

You will manage a workshop, coordinate with fleet and operations, and control spare parts costs.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech. Location is Jamalpur, Haryana. Monthly salary range INR 60,000–70,000 with day shifts and immediate joining for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of the car carrier fleet, including trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure vehicle availability.
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate timely repairs.
• Monitor vehicle fitness, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
• Manage workshop operations, mechanics, technicians, and external service vendors.
• Control maintenance costs and monitor expenses related to spare parts, repairs, and servicing.
• Maintain records of vehicle servicing, repairs, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Identify recurring mechanical issues and implement corrective measures.
