Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Maintenance Executive to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing operations. You will execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for electrical and automation systems including PLCs, Drives, SCADA, and other controls.

You will troubleshoot automation, support installation/commissioning, and drive TPM initiatives while ensuring health and safety standards and collaborating with suppliers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical / E&TC Industrial Electronics Engineering with Operational experience.
• 4+ years of experience as maintenance engineer (Electrical /Automation).
• Good exposure and understanding of automation using PLC, Drives, SCADA.
• Good understanding about the PLC programming/logic.
• Expertise in reading control drawings.
• Exposure and understanding about maintenance activities (breakdown, corrective, predictive).
• Experience in installation and commissioning of equipment, machine, line.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on electrical/automation systems.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and support equipment installation/commissioning.
• Lead or participate in TPM-based continuous improvement initiatives.
• Read and interpret control drawings and refine maintenance procedures.
• Support production with autonomous maintenance and cost-saving initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Executive to support and enhance the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for executing preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for electrical and automation systems, including PLCs, Drives, SCADA, and other industrial control equipment. The incumbent will troubleshoot complex automation issues, support equipment installation and commissioning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives under a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) culture.

What you will do

• Working to align with safety culture
• Learn the process with depth of understanding to get the overview of control architecture
• Undertake the maintenance activities
• Support inhours development of innovative solutions
• Diagnosing of faults/trouble shoot and do the analysis and suggest and implement the countermeasured
• You should have expertise in understanding/reading control drawings.
• Refurbishment of the equipment
• Supervising engineering and technical staff from supplier/service provider
• Knowledge of TPM and past experience will be preferred, will have to contribute to teams by leading or participating the teams using advance methodologies related to maintenance.
• Experience in use of SAP PM modules for overall administration
• Supporting production team for autonomous maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with occupation health requirements
• Creating maintenance procedures
• Performing analysis for the failure
• Supporting to cost saving initiatives
• Supporting the stores/spares handling activities
• Working in to shifts as and when necessary

We believe you have

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical / E&TC Industrial Electronics Engineering with Operational experience in the area of expertise.
• 4+ years of experience as maintenance engineer (Electrical /Automation).
• Good exposure and understanding of automation using PLC, Drives, SCADA.
• Good understanding about the PLC programming/logic.
• Expertise in reading control drawings.
• Exposure and understanding about maintenance activities. (breakdown maintenance , corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance)
• Worked to troubleshoot with Siemen's automation products also other automation products based on installed base
• Experience in installation and commissioning of equipment, machine, line
• Coordination with supplier and stake holders for procurement, project planning and execution
• End to End documentaion for the project
• Introduction of new technology for all special requirements with responsibility
