Job summary

Good Job Hr Services is seeking a maintenance engineer to troubleshoot mechanical problems and maintain critical plant equipment such as pumps, compressors and conveyors. The role requires hands-on experience with PLC, VFD and automation, plus RCA skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

The candidate should be comfortable coordinating a team and maintaining ISO-compliant documentation, preventive maintenance records, and equipment history.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC, VFD and automation.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical problems across plant equipment.
• Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, reactors, pipelines and valves.
