Responsibilities

• Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment promptly.
• Maintain machine history records and analyze breakdown trends.
• Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance.
• Develop spare parts and inventory control for maintenance needs.
• Manage oil management systems and maintenance budgets.
• Update and ensure compliance of QMS/EMS documentation.
• Implement QHSE objectives and improvement programs.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions from audits and incidents.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance KPIs.
• Contribute to cost optimization and maintenance-related projects.

Key Skills & Technical Competencies

• Hands-on experience with Siemens Software & Hardware.
• Strong knowledge of Diesel Engine Testing Instrumentation and engine test bed maintenance.
• Experience in PLC, CNC Systems, and Industrial PC-Based Control Systems.
• Knowledge of Hoist & EOT Crane Maintenance.
• Expertise in Spare Parts & Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with IMS, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of QHSE, QMS, and EMS standards and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend machine breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
• Maintain machine history records and analyze breakdown trends.
• Plan, execute, and monitor Preventive, Predictive, and Planned Maintenance activities.
• Develop and monitor machine spare management, inventory control, oil management systems, and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure timely updating, approval, and compliance of QMS/EMS documentation.
• Implement QHSE objectives, targets, and improvement programs across the assigned area.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, incident investigations, recurring failures, and major breakdowns.
• Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance KPIs to improve machine availability.
• Manage maintenance-related projects, cost optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations by investigating accidents, incidents, and non-conformities, and implementing effective action plans.
• Support AOP budget planning and control maintenance expenses within the assigned section.
