• Design and develop IBM Mainframe Assembler-based applications.
• Prepare high- and low-level design documentation and data flow diagrams.
• Banking domain experience (line of credit, retail banking) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and design capabilities for complex apps.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and team management.
• Manage and execute all phases of the SDLC.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
