Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a Mainframe Support Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience to support COBOL, JCL and DB2 in production environments across Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Indore, and Kolkata.

You will resolve incidents (P1/P2), work on mainframe projects including banking work, manage multiple requests and shifts, and communicate clearly with teams. Proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, SLAs, and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on COBOL, JCL, DB2 required.
• Experience resolving incident requests including P1 & P2.
• Experience in Mainframes support projects, Banking projects preferred.
