Job summary

Hical Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Machinist to set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines and perform work to engineering drawings.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5–6 years' experience as a CNC milling setter or operator. Willing to train trainees and ensure high quality standards in production.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 05–06 years experience in CNC Vertical Milling machine setter/operator.
• Experience with measuring instruments and CNC controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC vertical milling machines for various jobs.
• Perform simple manual programming on Siemens/Fanuc controls.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and documents.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 system requirements and documentation.
• Train and mentor trainees.
