Job summary

Xtracare Hygiene in Bengaluru, India is seeking a skilled machine operator to handle end-to-end production of non-woven rolls, from loading raw material to final pack output. This role requires precise setup, changeovers, and proactive troubleshooting to maintain continuous output.

You will work with engineering and senior technicians to optimize equipment operation, monitor production, and ensure records are up to date while meeting daily targets on Flow Pack and related machines.

Responsibilities

• Equipment operation from loading of non-woven rolls to final pack output.
• Machine set-up and changeover.
• Machine troubleshooting.
• Work with Engineering and Senior Technicians to improve equipment operation.
• Resolve problems using available information and support groups in a timely manner.
• Periodically check units from good and reject areas to ensure proper function and maintain records.
• Operate Flow Pack machines, FLO4 cross fold, and Droid machines.
• Production monitoring.
• Machine operations and maintenance.
• Achieving production targets.

Job description

• Work with Engineering, Senior Technicians, Tech Services, etc. to improve material design and or equipment operation
• Utilize all available information and support groups to resolve problems in a timely manner
• Periodically check/examine units from good and or reject areas to ensure proper equipment function and maintain the records.
• Good sound knowledge to operate Flow pack machines/ FLO4 Cross fold machine/Droid Machines
• Production monitoring
• Machine operations and maintenance
• Achieving production targets
