Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a VMC Machine Operator for its Production / Manufacturing team in India. The role focuses on operating and monitoring VMC machines to produce high-precision components while following engineering drawings and specifications.

You will set tools, fixtures, and offsets, perform tool changes and basic troubleshooting, and verify dimensions with precision instruments. ITI/Diploma and 1–5 years' VMC experience are preferred. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• ITI Machinist/Turner/Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical preferred.
• 1–5 years of relevant VMC machine operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of VMC machining operations.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of tool setting, offsets, cutting parameters, and tool selection.
• Familiarity with G-code / M-code and CNC controls.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities
