Job summary

Autocontrol Process Instrumentation in Ambernath, Maharashtra, is seeking a CNC/VMC Operator to handle precise machining tasks and read engineering drawings for quality production runs.

The role requires familiarity with basic measuring tools, an ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical, and prior CNC/VMC experience. It offers an 8-hour shift, PF & ESIC facilities, and stable employment with a reputed manufacturer.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical or related technical qualification.
• Experience as CNC or VMC Operator.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.
• Set and operate machines, tools, fixtures, and job components.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and machining dimensions.

• Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth machine performance.
• Carry out in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Callipers, Micrometre, etc.

• Report machine, tool, or quality-related issues to the supervisor.
