Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an LT Panel & PLC Panel Estimation Engineer with 25 years of experience in electrical panel estimation, costing, BOM preparation and techno-commercial quotation. You will work on LT and PLC panels, studying drawings and preparing competitive estimates for PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD and distribution panels.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical components, panel manufacturing and costing, plus proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD to support

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Electrical Panel Estimation / Costing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and panel manufacturing.
• Good understanding of BOM, BOQ and project costing.
• Ability to read/interpret SLDs, electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Familiar with major electrical brands and components.
• Effective coordination and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimation and costing for LT and PLC control panels.
• Prepare BOM, BOQ and techno-commercial quotations.
• Estimate material, manufacturing and project costs accurately.
• Study Electrical Drawings, SLDs, BOQs and control schematics.
• Select appropriate electrical components based on project requirements.
• Prepare detailed costing using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchase, Production and Vendors.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations for electrical components.
• Support the sales team with technical and commercial inputs.
• Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive and submitted within timelines.
• Maintain costing records, BOMs and estimation databases.

Required Skills

• 25 years of experience in Electrical Panel Estimation / Costing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and panel manufacturing.
• Good understanding of BOM, BOQ and project costing.
• Ability to read and understand SLD, electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of electrical brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, L&T, Legrand, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Omron or similar.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
