Job summary

You will use Insta Quote, AutoCAD, and MS Office to compile offers, validate datasheets, and coordinate with sales and purchase teams. Collaboration with customers and site visits may be required to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical engineering.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in estimation or design of control panels.
• Knowledge of design and estimation fundamentals.
• Experience with Insta Quote, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand inquiries from inside sales and customers.
• Read SLD and prepare BOMs with feeder summary per requirements.
• Prepare optimized offers with accurate makes and discounts.
• Submit offers and GA, coordinate with purchasing for prices.
• Validate datasheets and map items with control philosophy.
• Meet customers or visit sites for technical discussions at offer stage.
• Submit offers on time per priority from senior team.
• Perform commercial comparison and loss-factor analysis to improve wins.
• Use Insta Quote to ensure error-free BOM and references.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Engineer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications: BE/BTech - Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand the data of inquiry received from inside sales/sales
• Read SLD and making bills of materials with feeder summary adhering to SLD or technical requirements
• Best optimized offer preparation and precise make and discount to be consider while making offer
• Submission of offer and tentative GA to inside sales team, demand pending prices from purchase team and datasheets if any new make or item added in BOM
• Validation of technical datasheets of items selected in BOM as well as mapping the items with control philosophy and customer requirement prior to submission of offers.
• Meetings with customers or site visits for technical knowledge exchange or understanding applications at the offer stage.
• On time submission of offers and GA as per priority given by senior engineer/manager or sales team
• Commercial comparison and loss factor analysis to improve the winning ratio of orders
• Optimum usage of Insta quote software for error free submission of BOM, feeder qty, cat references and Qty. to design team and customers.
