Job summary

ERM Placement Services is seeking a Legal Counsel for in-house support in Bengaluru. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.

You will handle NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs and other agreements, while advising internal and external stakeholders. Ongoing regulatory awareness ensures compliant bid processes and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts from client and vendor perspectives.
• Handle NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs and other commercial agreements.
• Provide contractual/legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, tenders, POAs, pre-bid queries, deviation matrices, declarations and bid-compliance documents.
• Support proposal drafting and identify contractual/legal risks.
• Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations and current legal developments.
