Job summary

Bigbasket is seeking a dedicated loss prevention specialist to strengthen store controls, improve inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance across outlets.

You will lead incident management, CCTV audits, asset protection, and safety initiatives, driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture within the organization.

This role reports to the regional operations team and focuses on reducing shrink and safeguarding assets.
