The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, optimizing processes, and leading a team of skilled technicians and operators. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional loom weaving techniques and modern dyeing processes, with a commitment to efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of both the loom weaving and dyeing production lines, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet delivery deadlines and customer specifications.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of weavers, dyers, and support staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
• Implement and maintain ent quality control standards for all woven fabrics and dyed materials, conducting regular inspections and addressing any non-conformities.
• Optimize weaving and dyeing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality while controlling operational costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to weaving looms, dyeing machinery, and material properties.
