Job summary

Kanwar Enterprises is seeking a Finance & Banking Manager in Noida to lead finance, banking and accounting operations. You will manage day-to-day banking, monitor cash flow and coordinate with banks for facilities and compliance.

The role requires 7–12 years in Finance/Accounts, with strong knowledge of statutory requirements, budgeting and MIS reporting. Location is Noida with a focus on timely financial closure and team leadership.

Qualifications

Position: Finance & Banking Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Location: Noida

Industry: Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's finance, banking and accounting operations.
• Manage day-to-day banking activities, including fund transfers, payments, cheque transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, working capital and banking transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for account management, documentation, BG,CC limits, facilities and other banking requirements.
• Oversee vendor, employee, statutory and other business payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding balances.
• Review and approve payment proposals and ensure timely fund utilization.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, cash flow statements, bank statements and financial reports for management.
• Ensure proper accounting, documentation and reconciliation of all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable TDS, GST, PF, ESIC and other statutory requirements in coordination with the concerned teams.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, cost control and management reporting.
• Review project-wise financial performance and expenditure.
• Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for business decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA or equivalent.
• Experience: 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts and Banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, cash flow management, fund management and financial reporting.
