Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain and operations methodologies to optimize business processes effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess current operations and identify areas for improvement within client organizations. Capable of developing and implementing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews to gather critical information for project execution. Ability to integrate general consulting skills with industry-specific knowledge to deliver impactful solutions in supply chain management. Strong communication skills to handle complex client conversations
